Lamia Sakr, an active board member for the EGF and Mariam Samir, President of the Women’s Technical Committee are both are very excited for the young gymnasts. “We are so happy to have the opportunity to work with Gold’s Gym, this can only increase the overall performance and self-esteem of the girls,” said Ms Samir. Ms Sakr added that, “there is a new way of thinking now within EGF. We recognize that we have to make our training more dynamic and use the experience of professionals who can help us reach our goals.”
