We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. Therefore, we offer refund policies subjected to the following conditions:
For Subscriptions:
Cancellation or Freezing Period:
The customer can request to cancel or freeze the subscription 30 days prior to the next payment.
Cancelation of Freezing Conditions:
The customer must provide the payment receipt or subscription number.
Registration fees and administrative fees will not be refunded.
Exceptions:
Cancellations of subscriptions or freezing of subscriptions must occur 30 days before the next payment is due to be automatically withdrawn, except in exceptional cases (such as health conditions proven by a medical report).

We reserve the right to refuse any requests that do not meet the above conditions.
For Memberships:
Refund Period:
The customer can request a refund within 14 days of the subscription date.
Refund Conditions:
The customer must not have used the gym during the subscription period (or partially used, up to a maximum of one session).
Provide the payment receipt or subscription number.
Registration fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made by check within a maximum of 7 business days of request approval.
Exceptions:
Refunds are not available after using more than one session or after 14 days have passed since the subscription, except in exceptional cases (such as health conditions proven by a medical report).
